Flow with Aniese is a virtual health coaching business with Aniese Jura as lead coach and content creator. Our main mission is to help clients create sustainable change through health education and encouraging them to be curious about their bodies/health. We approach health as not a one size fits all diet or exercise plan; and health is defined as feeling good in your body. Our clients find their optimal health through trying different methods of eating and movement to land on one that fits their lifestyle.

My Journey

From my earliest days, health has been my guiding passion

It all started with my quest to combat acne, an endeavor that ignited my fascination with the incredible power of food to impact our bodies. Although eliminating sugar didn’t completely transform my skin. This marked the beginning of a lifelong journey where I turned to food for answers, whether it was to recover from illness, conquer unexplained bloating, or simply regain my energy. I've come to firmly believe that our well-being is profoundly shaped by what we consume.
