From my earliest days, health has been my guiding passion. It all started with my quest to combat acne, an endeavor that ignited my fascination with the incredible power of food to impact our bodies. Although eliminating sugar didn’t completely transform my skin. This marked the beginning of a lifelong journey where I turned to food for answers, whether it was to recover from illness, conquer unexplained bloating, or simply regain my energy. I've come to firmly believe that our well-being is profoundly shaped by what we consume.

My path took me to the captivating Blue Zones of Greece and Italy, where I discovered the profound interconnectedness of diet, exercise, community, and stress in achieving overall well-being. These experiences illuminated the truth that true health demands a harmonious balance in all these areas. I realized that when any aspect is out of alignment, it can trigger inflammation or disease.

My own exploration led me through various diets and exercise routines.

This journey highlighted that our health needs evolve with time. What worked wonders at 21 might not hold the same magic at 31. As life transforms—shifting careers, habits, and relationships—so does our health, demanding adaptable and personalized approaches.

Transitioning from the corporate fitness world, I embarked on a health coaching career driven by my unwavering passion for helping individuals achieve their wellness goals. Early experiences as a personal trainer taught me that genuine change stems from within. This realization ignited my pursuit of a role where clients are the architects of their transformation, and I'm there to offer unwavering support, accountability, and education, while success remains firmly in their hands.

Reflecting on my journey, I've discovered that no one-size-fits-all plan resonates perfectly with me. The standard templates fail to account for the intricacies of life—energy levels during different times of the month, demanding work weeks, vacations, and moments of low motivation. Over time, I've honed in on movement that feels right, nourishing foods that sustain me, and mindfulness practices that sync with my routine. This personalized approach has liberated me from stress, fostering a sense of accomplishment and well-being.

Armed with a degree in Exercise Science and diverse health certifications, I offer a holistic approach to health coaching. I integrate my expertise through tailored workshops and education during coaching sessions, while allowing the client's unique journey to take center stage.

My coaching philosophy centers around client autonomy. I empower individuals to chart their own paths, whether it's choosing what works best for them or overcoming hurdles together in brainstorming sessions. I firmly believe that clients are the experts in their own health, as only they truly know how something feels within their bodies.

Navigating challenges is a cornerstone of my approach. We'll tackle obstacles hand in hand, celebrating each victory—big or small—as we journey towards sustainable lifestyle changes.

Holistic wellness is my compass, guiding me to address stress, social interactions, and mental health alongside diet and exercise. I recognize that our well-being extends beyond the physical.

My yoga teaching and functional nutrition certifications bolster my coaching practice, enriching it with mindfulness and nutritional expertise. These tools allow me to offer workshops and blend diverse perspectives into my coaching.

At the heart of my practice lie core values of self-efficacy, open communication, curiosity for wellness, and a friendly approach. My aim is to cultivate a supportive environment that invites clients to share their needs and aspirations in virtual or in-person sessions that ensure their comfort.

In our wellness journey together, phone calls and emails are my preferred modes of communication, while Zoom sessions offer a welcoming space for us to connect.
