a certified health coach, functional nutritionist, and yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in the health and wellness space. My passion for movement and its role in vitality and longevity inspired me to study Exercise Science in college, giving me a deep understanding of how caring for our bodies affects the way we age, our energy levels, and our overall quality of life.
Yoga has been a transformative part of my journey since I first stepped onto the mat in 2009. Completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2015 was a pivotal moment for me, as it deepened my mindfulness practice and became a cornerstone of my personal healing from burnout. Today, yoga continues to shape both my daily life and my work with clients—I believe mindfulness, breath, and movement are powerful tools for grounding and balance.
My own struggles with burnout taught me the importance of boundaries, routines, and self-care.
Like many driven professionals, I often found myself overwhelmed, saying yes to too much and losing sight of my own needs. Healing required stepping back, prioritizing my health, and learning to romanticize the simple routines that helped me feel whole again. Now, I’m committed to helping others break free from the burnout cycle, reclaim their energy, and create lives they truly love.
In my coaching, I take a client-centered approach, acting as a guide and accountability partner. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide tools, support, and strategies to help you uncover your strengths, define your ideal life, and implement sustainable habits that align with your goals. Together, we create routines that are practical, enjoyable, and uniquely yours—because healthy doesn’t have to be hard.
Outside of coaching, I’m dedicated to my own self-care rituals, including my cherished morning routine, daily movement, and walks with my pup. These practices keep me grounded and energized, allowing me to show up fully for my clients, family, and friends.
Whether through yoga, health coaching, or simply sharing my own journey, my mission is to inspire others to prioritize their well-being, embrace balance, and find joy in taking care of themselves.
